I will be your online trainer and coach, and my role is to guide, teach, support, motivate and encourage you during our journey together, creating a healthier, fitter new you! I am a leading Health, Activity & Wellness Specialist based in Christchurch, New Zealand. She has almost 30 years experience as a Personal Trainer & was a finalist at the 2018 and 2019 NZ Exercise Industry Awards in the Small Group Trainer category. Vanessa was a presenter at the New Zealand FitEx Conference in 2019, presenting the session - 'Health and Fitness at any Size - Training the Bigger Client'. Vanessa specialises in working with bigger clients on their weight loss journey and presents to other exercise professionals on this topic. is also the premiere Bariatric Exercise Specialist in Australasia currently located in New Zealand and has spent the past 13 years working exclusively with hundreds of people who have had bariatric weight loss surgery. She has combined her vast experience and knowledge of 30 years working in the health and fitness industry and has created the TWC Bariatric Programmes for post surgery support.
